Sweets have been messing with me all of my adult life. Primarily I would get “itchy legs” that broke out into a rash with an uncontrollable urge to keep scratching. If I binged on candy bars or dessert I would get a full-blown vaginal yeast infection and break out into visible red hives up and down my whole body, including my face. I practically lived on the little, prescribed pink pill: Diflucan; but I could feel my immune system was slowly dying. After using the yeast cleanse, I no longer have itchy legs (and no yeast infections either). I’m pretty careful about refined sugar, but now I can have honey, maple syrup or agave without itching.
